[yellow tail] Tree-Free Chardonnay is made with grapes sourced from high quality vineyards. The grapes are harvested at night to ensure the fruit retains maximum freshness and flavour. Only free run juice is used after crushing and once fermentation is complete, the wine is stabilised, clarified and bottled at the family winery in Yenda, New South Wales.
